I just had a second listen to our first podcast and let me tell you, it’s not good. The only two things I remembered about it before re-listening was that everyones levels were uneven and it didn’t sound good. After re listening, the things that popped out immediately were how unorganized it was and how much we kept interrupting each other, how many times we said words with a p in them, and I (Caleb) was not using my natural speaking voice. Other than that, the podcast was still not very good. Anyway, I’m going to do a basic rundown of the first podcast so you can decide wether you want to listen to it or not.
When the podcast first started, Cameron was getting angry at Nick for messing with his mic (don’t know why he didn’t cut that part) and that is something that still happens to this day. When we recorded the podcast we did not yet have a name for it, but we didn’t talk about that for long. After a lot of nonsense and then we moved on to upcoming movies which got us talking about the IT remake. After talking about IT, we moved on to discuss how Camerons mom is a witch. That brought us to the Blair Witch movies and how bad they are. Bad movies reminded us of the time Cameron tried to get us to watch what was literally the worst movie to ever exist: Dude Bro Party Massacre 3. From that, we somehow moved to porn. I threw out a made up porn star name, Samantha Jackson, and she turned out to have been a character from Ted 2. After that Cameron hit us with the first ever “I’m gonna take that out”. To this day, Cameron has not taken a single thing out that he said he would. Not only this, but Cameron has also always left in him saying “I’m gonna take that out”. I tried to force in a classic movie review which was criticized by Nick, then we did one anyway. I talked about how bad Paranormal Activity was while being unnecessarily mean to Cameron. From there, there wasn’t really anything we talked about for a long enough time to mention except the part where we talked about how gluten free people are garbage. Aside form that it was mostly nonsense and Cameron getting mad at us for messing up the levels. Overall it wasn’t very good and I’d give it about a 2.5/10. So go listen to it or don’t. Just know that with each podcast we are getting better. So be sure to follow us on Soundcloud and/or subscribe to us on iTunes.
